Audrey Denise Lagares Lama

Audrey Denise has been a licensed massage therapist since 2001 and the Co-founder of Asanai for Life Holistic retreats in Costa Rica. Her passion for helping others find their healing within lead her to pursue more knowledge in this field.

She achieved her Reiki Master Teacher certification and later on became an Acupuncture Physician.

In China at the Shaolin Temple, Audrey was able to learn from the monks’ techniques that deepened her abilities to help her patients.

It is her lifelong aspiration to continue assisting others find their true nature and tap into their own innate abilities to heal themselves and others.
